DUTY OF PARTICIPANTS:
All participants shall have a duty to act as a reasonably prudent person when engaging
in this recreational activity offered by GRACE RENTALS LLC. I hereby agree not to
• (a)Implement or engage in any activities that interfere with the operation of this equipment and conform
to the rules and regulations of the state of Indiana.
• (b)engage in any harmful conduct or willfully, or negligently engage in any type of conduct which
contributes to or causes injury to another person.
• (c)embark in any self-initiated activity without first informing GRACE RENTALS LLC of my intentions or
receiving permission to do such self-initiated activity’s.

In consideration of the services and/or property provided, I, myself and any minor children for whom I
am parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, do hereby release GRACE RENTALS LLC, its principals,
directors, officers, agents or volunteers from any liability and waive any claim for damages arising from any cause
whatsoever. I further agree to reimburse you for any attorney’s fees and costs should I bring legal action against
you and lose.

HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION:
Lessee recognizes and understands that use of lessor equipment may involve
inherently dangerous activities. Consequently, lessee agrees to indemnify and hold lessor harmless from all claims,
action’s, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising by
reason of injury, damage or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of said
equipment including, but not limited to the delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment.
Lessor cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries because of acts of God, nature, or other
conditions beyond its control or knowledge.
